The Goldilocks package! For most homes the 35 photo package is just right. 35 edited images, full resolution images and web sized images. 

50 Photo Package - $300

Showcase all the spaces and features of a larger home.  Includes up 90 minutes of time on location,  50 edited images, full resolution images, and web sized images. ​

Night or Twilight Exteriors - $50

How to Prepare for a Shoot

Preparing your listing for a photo shoot makes a big impact on the final photos. Here are my three big tips for getting your listing ready for a shoot. 

Clean

• Make sure your floors, counters, bathrooms, and kitchen are clean
• Dust off shelves, doorframes, cabinets and windowsills
• Sweep front porches, patios, and other outdoor living spaces.
• Mow your lawn
• Put all of your laundry away (or hide it)

Declutter

• Hide things like toothbrushes, tissues, paper towels, litter boxes, family photos, and other personal or pet related items​
• Move your cars out of the garage and driveway (don't park right in front of your house) 
• Clear off kitchen and bathroom counters

Stage

• ​Arrange furniture to make rooms look bigger
• Add lamps to dark parts of your home (use the same color temperature lightbulbs in the same rooms if you can)

Remember, I am not your housekeep or your interior decorator! Your listing should be ready for the photoshoot at the scheduled time.
